The Management Trainee Intern supports Cintas operations through hands-on experience and mentorship across warehouse production, service sales, and sales functions. This role provides comprehensive exposure to business operations, customer relationship management, and leadership development in a professional corporate environment.

Tasks:

Support daily warehouse production operations, including workflow execution, quality control, safety compliance, and efficiency analysis.
Assist with identifying process improvement opportunities through observation, data review, and collaboration with operations leadership.
Shadow Route Service Representatives to learn route management, customer service delivery, and account retention strategies.
Participate in customer interactions to support issue resolution, relationship management, and service improvement initiatives.
Assist sales teams with prospecting, needs assessment, and preparation of solution\u2011based sales materials.
Analyze customer and market information to support sales strategy and business development efforts.
Engage in mentorship and leadership development activities to understand management decision\u2011making across operations, service, and sales.
Demonstrate professional communication, teamwork, and ethical business practices in a corporate environment.
