Opportunity Learning Outcomes
How to use cybersecurity monitoring systems, how to triage, respond to, and resolve security events. Working with end users to resolve issues and provide training.
Opportunity Training
Students will be trained in the use of our help desk system, operating our phone/pbx, use of our security tools, how to review system logs, how to review and audit system accounts, how to triage requests or alerts.
