Orange Clover Holistic Center is a data-driven Korean Medicine longevity clinic. We are looking for a creative strategist to help scale our digital ecosystem, which includes an established YouTube channel with over 64,000 subscribers and our e-commerce brand, Reborn Health (www.drseanomd.com).

[Key Responsibilities]

  • YouTube-to-E-commerce Strategy: Develop actionable plans to convert global YouTube viewers into active customers on our Shopify store.

    YouTube Growth Strategy: Analyze performance data for our 64K+ subscriber channel to optimize content planning and audience engagement.

  • E-commerce Optimization: Analyze and improve the customer journey from our digital content to the final checkout at www.drseanomd.com.

  • Local Brand Presence: Create digital strategies to connect our global online audience with our local practice in Orange, CA.

  • Brand Development: Help define and position the \\Holistic-Tech\\ category in the wellness market.

Tasks:

Internship Responsibilities (A Project-Based Learning Experience) 

The Project: The intern will collaborate with Dr. Song to experiment with creative storytelling on YouTube. They will study how educational video content can be strategically used to bridge the gap between healthcare information and E-commerce.
• Learning Objective: Rather than routine marketing, the student will engage in \\Creative Strategy Testing.\\ They will analyze audience data and participate in the creative process of developing a brand’s digital identity. This provides the student with a high-level professional portfolio in healthcare digital strategy.

The student intern will perform the following professional-level duties to achieve the specified learning outcomes:

Digital Performance Auditing: Conduct weekly audits of YouTube Studio analytics to identify audience retention trends and evaluate the effectiveness of current content in driving traffic to the e-commerce platform.

Conversion Funnel Design: Strategize and map out the digital customer journey, creating \\Call-to-Action\\ (CTA) frameworks that transition global YouTube viewers to specific product categories on the Shopify store.

SEO & Metadata Optimization: Research and implement high-impact keywords and metadata strategies for video content to improve search rankings and organic discoverability in the longevity and wellness sector.

Market & Competitive Research: Perform bi-weekly competitive analysis on global health-tech and longevity brands to refine the \\Holistic-Tech\\ positioning of the Reborn Health brand.

Strategic Content Planning: Develop a monthly digital content calendar that aligns educational health topics with e-commerce inventory goals and seasonal wellness trends.

Data-Driven Reporting: Produce bi-weekly performance reports summarizing traffic flow and conversion patterns, providing strategic recommendations for future content direction.

Training:

To ensure a high-quality learning experience, the intern will receive the following training and mentorship:

Initial General Orientation (Mandatory): A comprehensive introduction to Orange Clover Holistic Center’s mission, HIPAA/patient privacy guidelines, and the \\Reborn Health\\ brand philosophy.

Weekly One-on-One Mentorship: Scheduled weekly meetings with the Clinical Director (Dr. Sean Song) to review strategic progress, discuss marketing challenges, and receive personalized professional feedback.

Digital Analytics Training: Guided sessions on interpreting YouTube Studio Analytics and Shopify backend data to identify audience trends and conversion patterns.

Strategic Contextualization: Detailed briefings for every assigned task to explain how specific marketing tactics fit into the overall \\Holistic-Tech\\ business strategy.

Case Study & Work Sample Reviews: Regular analysis of previous high-performing content to understand the psychology of audience engagement and global-to-local business scaling.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to:
