Role Overview As an ESPORTS / Lifestyle Talent Agency Sales Intern, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You'll be actively involved in scouting talent, building brand relationships, and contributing to live campaigns from day one. This is a hands-on role for someone who's hungry to learn and ready to hustle.
Position Schedule: Hybrid — 2 days in office per week, remaining hours remote. Monday–Friday availability required | 10–15 hours per week | 120 hours per semester.

What You'll Be Doing
- Talent Scouting — Identify rising and established influencers that align with our clients' brands and audiences
- Relationship Management — Build genuine, lasting connections with creators and provide ongoing support
- Sales & Brand Partnerships — Help develop and execute outreach strategies to close brand deals
- Market Research — Stay sharp on industry trends, platform shifts, and influencer marketing best practices
- Contract Support — Assist in reviewing and negotiating agreements with influencers and brand partners
- Campaign Execution — Help plan, launch, and analyze influencer campaigns end-to-end
- Operations & Admin — Handle scheduling, communications, CRM updates, and data entry to keep things running smoothly

Who We're Looking For
- Passionate about influencer marketing, creator culture, and the entertainment/esports space
- Strong communicator — written and verbal — with natural relationship-building instincts
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and not afraid to take initiative
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing any major — all backgrounds welcome

Training & Onboarding
This is a structured program — not a sink-or-swim situation. Here's what your first weeks look like:
Week 1 — Shadow & Learn
- Full orientation: company history, mission, clients, and goals
- Shadow the Talent Manager through real daily workflows
- Review all training materials and tools
Week 2+ — Get Hands-On
- Begin practicing outreach emails and client communication
- Start engaging with both brands and influencers directly
- High performers take on expanded responsibility quickly

Tasks:
Research and identify influencers within the esports and lifestyle space, evaluating fit based on audience demographics and engagement metrics.
Assist in developing outbound sales strategies to secure brand partnerships, including prospecting, drafting pitch materials, and pipeline follow-up.
Draft professional email correspondence to influencers and brand representatives on behalf of the agency.
Support brand deal negotiations by preparing materials and coordinating communication between talent and brand partners.
Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing influencer marketing campaigns, tracking deliverables and performance data.
Maintain and update CRM records to track leads, deal progress, and outreach history.
Conduct market research on industry trends and influencer marketing best practices to inform internal strategy.
Training:
Students will begin with a General Employer Orientation covering company history, mission, active clients, and goals. During Week 1, interns will shadow the Talent Manager through daily workflows to observe real agency operations. From Week 2 onward, interns will receive hands-on training in influencer outreach, brand communications, and CRM/pipeline management. Ongoing support includes weekly one-on-one mentor meetings with the Talent Manager, overview and contextualization of all assigned tasks, and provision of real work samples including pitch decks, outreach templates, and live campaign materials. High-performing interns are given progressively greater responsibility throughout the semester.
Learning Outcome:
Identify and evaluate influencer talent aligned with brand objectives within the esports and lifestyle space, applying real-world scouting and vetting criteria.
Execute a sales outreach strategy by building and managing a brand pipeline, including prospecting, pitching, and following up with potential brand partners.
Communicate professionally with both talent (creators/influencers) and brand clients through email, CRM tools, and direct correspondence.
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of a brand deal, from initial outreach and negotiation basics to campaign execution and performance tracking.
Apply CRM and pipeline management tools to organize leads, track deal progress, and maintain accurate records within a fast-paced agency environment.
