Position: Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: 274 Wattis Way South San Francisco, CA 94080
Responsibilities:
- Support outreach efforts by assisting with customer calls, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Air/Ocean Operations and Sales teams to help ensure timely communication and positive customer experience.
- Organizing customer inquiries and providing administrative support tasks for the sales team.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by helping maintain promotional materials, internal updates, and sales resources.
- Participate in sales meetings and assist with coordinating company events and networking opportunities within the U.S. market.
- Shadow customer meetings and learn about client service expectations, logistics operations, and freight services.
- Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, including sales, operations, customer service, and logistics support.
- Assist with additional projects and assignments assigned by management.

Training:
1. On-the-job shadowing and hands-on training with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to learn daily workflows, customer communication practices, and logistics coordination processes.
2. Participation in team meetings, internal training sessions, and guided mentorship with supervisors to build professional skills, industry knowledge, and understanding of company systems and procedures.
Learning Outcome:
1. Develop a foundational understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations, including how sales, customer service, and operations teams work together to support clients.
2. Strengthen professional communication and organizational skills through hands-on experience with customer interactions, scheduling, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.
3. Gain practical experience in business operations and marketing support by assisting with sales initiatives, event coordination, reporting, and administrative projects within a professional corporate environment.
