Opportunity Summary 

This internship provides hands-on experience supporting international summer camp operations at YES USA. Interns assist with student services, administrative tasks, orientations, airport transfers, and daily program coordination while working in a multicultural environment. The role offers experience in education, customer service, hospitality, and international program management, with opportunities to support international students throughout their summer program experience.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

By the end of this opportunity, students will have learned how to support international summer camp operations, assist with student supervision and program coordination, and handle key administrative tasks in an educational setting. They will gain practical experience in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service while working with international students and staff in a multicultural environment. Students will also develop skills in event and activity coordination, organizational support, and professional workplace behavior within the education and hospitality fields.

Opportunity Training 

Students will receive prior administrative training to familiarize them with YES USA systems, procedures, and daily responsibilities before the program begins. This will be followed by on-the-job training during the internship, where they will learn through direct involvement in daily operations. Continuous training and supervision will also be provided throughout the program to ensure ongoing support, skill development, and effective performance in all assigned tasks.
