Art Director InternAt — Casanova McCann
The Art Director Intern will support the creative team in developing advertising campaigns across digital, social, and print platforms. The intern will assist with brainstorming, design, presentations, and production while gaining hands-on experience in a multicultural advertising agency environment.
Task:
Assist the creative team with concept development and brainstorming for advertising campaigns.
Support the creation of visual assets, presentations, and design layouts for digital, social, and print projects.
Participate in creative reviews, team meetings, and feedback sessions.
Organize and prepare creative files and production materials.
Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and designers on assigned projects and client deliverables.
Training:
The student will receive an initial agency orientation covering workflow, creative processes, collaboration tools, and company expectations. Throughout the internship, the student will participate in creative team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and weekly one-on-one check-ins with a supervisor for mentorship and feedback. The student will also receive guidance on assigned projects, exposure to real client work, examples of creative presentations and campaigns, and hands-on training in concept development, design execution, and production support.
