Sol Treasures is seeking a CRM Implementation Service Learner to assist with the implementation and organizational use of the NEON CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student interested in organizational systems, databases, nonprofit administration, communications, and technology-based problem solving.
The Service Learner will work closely with the Administrative Supervisor, who is also learning the system, to help develop a working understanding of NEON’s functions and capabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- learning and testing different system features,
- helping organize workflows and data processes,
- assisting with contact management and communication tools, and
- supporting staff training and adoption of the platform.
This position is ideal for a student who enjoys learning new systems, troubleshooting, organizing information, and helping others build confidence with technology. The Service Learner will play an important role in helping Sol Treasures strengthen organizational systems, communication, and long-term operational capacity.

Requirements:
- Computer Literacy
- Must be 18 or older

Training will be provided through NEON Academy online tutorials, hands-on practice within the NEON CRM system, and ongoing collaboration with the Administrative Supervisor and Sol Treasures staff. The Service Learner will receive guidance in understanding organizational workflows, contact management, communications tools, reporting systems, and staff training needs. Training will occur through active participation, research, problem-solving, and real-time implementation as the organization continues building and refining its use of the NEON platform.
Opportunity Supervision
Ongoing support and supervision will be provided through weekly planning meetings, regular progress check-ins, and direct collaboration with the Administrative Supervisor and Sol Treasures staff. The Service Learner will receive guidance on assigned tasks, priorities, and problem-solving strategies while working through real organizational needs within the NEON system. Specific support strategies include reviewing completed work together, identifying training needs, setting weekly goals, troubleshooting system challenges, and coordinating staff training sessions. The Service Learner will also have access to NEON Academy tutorials and resources to support independent learning and skill development throughout the placement.
