Manages the movement of products, ensuring products are transported, stored, and delivered efficiently, on time, and at optimal cost while maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating Sales group and customers.
Tasks:
1. Communicate professionally with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities and provide status updates.
2. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments by scheduling deliveries, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely distribution of products.
3. Work with Sales Team to analyze inventory levels and demand trends to support efficient stock replenishment and reduce excess or shortages.
4. Utilize logistics and warehouse management software (JDE/ONE CRM) to track shipments and monitor order status.
Training:
1. Warehouse Operations Training:
Teaches how a warehouse works day-to-day, including receiving inventory, storing them properly, picking orders, and preparing items for shipping.
2. Inventory Management Training:
Focuses on how to keep track of inventory, updating records.
3. Logistics Software & Tracking Systems:
Training covers how to use computer systems (JDE/ONE CRM) to track shipments, update inventory, and manage orders.
4. Time Management & Planning Training:
Training on how to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and plan shipments efficiently.
5. Problem-Solving & Delay Handling Training:
Teaches how to deal with issues like late deliveries, missing items, or damaged goods by finding quick and effective solutions.
