Role Overview
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you'll be in the thick of it — creating content, managing channels, and helping shape how our clients and talent show up online. This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll contribute to live campaigns and help drive real engagement from day one..

What You'll Be Doing
- Content Creation — Develop scroll-stopping posts, reels, and stories across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
- Community Management — Monitor channels, engage with audiences, and build genuine online communities
- Campaign Support — Assist in planning and launching social campaigns for influencer clients and brand partners
- Analytics & Reporting — Track performance metrics, surface insights, and recommend optimizations
- Trend Monitoring — Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, viral trends, and emerging content formats
- Brand Voice — Help maintain consistent tone and aesthetic across all client social profiles
- Scheduling & Admin — Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and coordinate with the creative team

Who We're Looking For
- Passionate about social media, creator culture, and the entertainment/esports space
- Strong visual eye and understanding of what performs on each platform
- Excellent written communication skills with an instinct for brand voice
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing any major — all backgrounds welcome

Training & Onboarding
This is a structured program — not a sink-or-swim situation. Here's what your first weeks look like:
Week 1 — Shadow & Learn
- Full orientation: company history, mission, clients, and goals
- Shadow the Marketing Manager through real daily workflows
- Audit active social channels and review content guidelines
Week 2+ — Get Hands-On
- Draft and schedule your first real posts for live client channels
- Begin producing short-form video and graphic content independently
- High performers take on expanded campaign ownership quickly
