Explain, identify, and/demonstrate how personal training in a gym can be useful in the sub-disciplines in Kinesiology. Teaching how to effectively communicate with clients & demonstrating rehabilitation/exercise movements. Also, provide working with various age groups and assessing the needs of client in personal training.
