Opportunity Summary 

College Corps Fellows will be matched with high school seniors in the summer/fall and support them with the college application process. This includes:

  • building a balanced college list,
  • reviewing and editing personal statements/essays,
  • applying for financial aid,
  • researching and applying for scholarships,
  • reviewing financial aid award letters, and anything else related to the college application process.

A fellow will be successful at our organization if they are interested in supporting underserved communities by helping them break down barriers and advance their education.

Opportunity Training 

College Corps Fellows will receive an in depth training through our training module to learn more about the student we serve, the college access space, and how to best support students with the college application process.

Opportunity Supervision

We will host a weekly drop-in supervisory session where fellows can drop in to share what they are working on with their students and ask any questions they may have. Fellows will also have access to webinars, resources, and events throughout the year regarding different aspects of the college application process.
