Daily Responsibilities of an intern:

• Shadow marketing consultants and partnership coordinators to develop an understanding of the GKB sales process.
• Assist with event planning, set-up, execution and event breakdown.
• Work alongside social media team to create and edit content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with show producers to brainstorm show topics and ideas.
• Other assigned tasks
• Be a GKB ambassador by adhering to the GKB core values: Be Honest, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Listen, Teamwork and Follow Through

Tasks:

Marketing event support, fan base outreach, in-office administrative tasks, shadow sales team, gather & organize support media files, shadow on-air & production teams

Training:

General employer orientation, job shadowing, overview of assigned tasks, weekly mentor meetings

Learning Outcomes:

Understand the ESPN Los Angeles sales process; make meaningful contributions to marketing event planning; edit social media content
