Training:

The internship begins with a structured onboarding process that includes an orientation to the organization’s mission, programs, and marketing practices. Interns receive hands-on training through a combination of 1:1 shadowing with the Marketing Coordinator and, when available, the outgoing intern. Training is supported by a variety of resources, including written guides, videos, and a comprehensive training manual.
Interns also gain practical experience through assigned projects and real-time campaign work, allowing them to apply their learning in a meaningful way. In addition, cross-departmental shadowing opportunities provide broader insight into organizational operations and collaboration across teams.

Learning Outcomes:

Interns gain hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing, building skills in content creation, campaign execution, and digital tools.
