Social Media Marketing InternAt — OTA America

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and helping to boost brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with OTA America’s client's brands and marketing goals
• Create, schedule, and publish content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments or messages in a timely manner
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to inform content strategy
• Support the marketing team with analytics reporting and insights to optimize social media performance
• Help coordinate promotional activities and campaigns tied to company events, industry news, or service launches
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas, including photos, videos, and blog posts
• Stay updated on emerging social media tools, platforms, and trends in the logistics sector
• Heavy utilization of AI in pursuit of automation is a must.

Training:

Students will be given the freedom to design workflow and management utilizing AI into marketing/advertising campaigns and will be guided by supervisor and given all necessary tools to learn and implement
