Summer Research Assistant Madracki - 496At — CSUF - College of Humanities & Social Science

It's 100% online/remote. Supervision via: phone, text, voice, video, zoom, screen share, etc.

The student will be helping with: researching existing services and data sets in our community, creating measures, collecting & analyzing data, identifying community needs, and helping to create a proposal for suggested actions such as - a proposal for 496 - Clinical Fieldwork in Psychology (pairs well with 341 & 481 on The Clinical Psychology Track), The Psychology Student Wellness Club, & Psychology Department Wellness Center.

Learning Outcomes  

-Use current methods and tools in research
-Conduct a literature review
-Search databases effectively
-Analyse data
-Create a research report

Training  

-Direct instruction and assignment
-Power Point Lecture, peer reviewed articles, textbook chapters
-Online technologies such as voice, video, & screen share
