Opportunity Summary 

Borderless Frames is seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support the growth of our online presence and community. This remote internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and the arts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms
  • Research trends, artists, and industry topics to support content development
  • Help manage content calendars and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist with community management
  • Support promotional efforts for competitions, grants, artist features, and special initiatives
  • Track campaign performance and compile basic analytics reports
  • Assist with email marketing and audience growth strategies
  • Collaborate with team members on creative marketing projects

Training

  • Students will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing mentorship throughout the internship, including
  • General organizational orientation introducing Borderless Frames, its mission, programs, and marketing objectives.
  • Training on social media management, content planning, and brand guidelines.
  • Weekly one-on-one meetings with a marketing mentor to review progress, discuss projects, and provide feedback.
  • Instruction on marketing analytics, audience engagement strategies, and performance reporting.
  • Guided review of previous campaigns, content examples, and marketing materials to provide context for assignments.
  • Training on content calendars, campaign planning, and project management processes.
  • Ongoing coaching and professional development focused on digital marketing best practices and creative industry trends.

Learning Outcomes

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms to support organizational goals.
  • Analyze social media and marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Create professional marketing content, including social media posts, promotional materials, and email communications tailored to target audiences.
