We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Undergraduate Business Administration Intern to support our operations, strategy, and growth initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic real estate technology environment and exposure to cross-functional business activities.
Tasks:
Assist with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
Support HR-related functions such as onboarding, employee documentation, and internal communications.
Help prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to support company growth.
Training:
Students will have an initial general employer orientation and will meet with their mentor one-on-one on a weekly basis to discuss their assignments and goals for the week. Students will also shadow their mentor and other employees whose tasks are administrative in nature.
