We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Undergraduate Accounting & Finance Intern to support our finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and real estate financial analysis within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Tasks:

Support financial transaction recording and maintenance of accounting records.
Assist in maintaining documentation required for compliance and auditing purposes.
Assist in evaluating basic financial metrics related to real estate transactions and investments.
Support research and analysis of property-related financial opportunities.
Help identify opportunities to improve financial controls and reporting processes.

Training:

Students will have an initial general employer orientation and will meet with their mentor one-on-one on a weekly basis to discuss their assignments and goals for the week. Students will also shadow their mentor and other employees whose main work is finance/accounting.

Demonstrate an understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices within a startup environment.
Apply accounting procedures to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial recordkeeping activities.
Conduct basic financial analysis related to real estate transactions, investments, and business operations.
