Perform duties in assigned department in support of an organizational unit while gaining knowledge of Metro's business operations.
Communicating effectively orally and in writing

Training:
Convened a team retreat
Attend weekly department team meetings
Required to complete employee mandatory training (i.e., on-line)
Participate in TCAP In-Service Training Sessions
Project Leader Oversight and facilitation of individual project team
Learning Outcome:
Performs administrative and analytical work in support of a department's business
Participates in departmental projects and performs special assignments related to the department's business
Generates correspondence, reports, and presentations
Assists in preparation of graphs, programs, and posters
Coordinates with other Metro departments and programs
Supervises 25 high school interns
Responsible for stand-up facilitation
Attends department’s team meetings
