Interns participate in weekly virtual team meetings with professionals actively working in the music, events, and technology industries, along with weekly one-on-one meetings with their supervisor.

In addition to team meetings, interns participate in department meetings (typically Tuesdays) and optional office hours (typically Thursdays) for additional mentoring and project support.

Because AI and social media platforms continue to evolve rapidly, interns will receive guided exposure to AI-powered marketing and creative tools, Canva, and emerging social media best practices. The emphasis is on learning how to responsibly incorporate these tools into professional marketing workflows while strengthening creativity, communication, and strategic thinking.

All FanFlex internships are designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience that benefits both the student and the company. Whenever possible, projects will be tailored to help interns build skills in areas they are most interested in developing.
