Behavioral Health TechnicianAt — MASSSVCS LLC DBA MASS PLAY CENTER

As a Behavior Technician at MASSSVCS LLC, you will play a critical role in providing direct ABA therapy to individuals with
developmental challenges. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement
individualized behavior intervention plans in both functional and community settings. Your primary responsibility is to support
our clients in acquiring essential skills, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful participation in their communities.

Task:

Implement ABA treatment plans created by BCBAs and Clinical Supervisors to address client-specific goals, including
communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior reduction.
Provide 1:1 support to clients in their natural environments, such as homes, schools, and community settings.
Collect accurate data during each session to monitor progress and inform necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and understanding of ABA
strategies.
Collaborate with the client’s family and caregivers to ensure consistency in therapeutic interventions across all
environments.
Maintain professional and timely communication with Clinical Supervisors regarding client progress and challenges.
Ensure that client sessions are engaging, goal-directed, and structured to promote skill acquisition and generalization.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and company policies while ensuring the safety and well-being of each client.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Driving, standing, sitting, reading, and verbal communication. Employees may interact with upset clients and/or public and
private representatives in interpreting and enforcing departmental policies and procedures.

Training:

Employee orientation and new hire training.
Weekly or biweekly meetings with Clinical supervisors and BCBA during scheduled client overlaps.
One on one mentor support/feedback from supervisors and BCBA during client intervention sessions.
Monthly group behavior technician training and support.
