Pay Range: $17.00 – $31.00 per hour (tiered progression) plus overtime, entry-level with full educational benefits 
Job Description: Part-Time Personal Trainer  

Schedule: Monday through Sunday 
Location: Newport Beach and Tustin, CA (in-person)

As a Coach, you will learn to manage a Student’s program and keep them on a path that will lead to success. That path includes the following, integrated solutions: 

• Workout program 

• Nutrition Program 

• Treatment Plan from our Naturopathic Doctor including labs and prescriptions 

• A Soft Tissue and Mobility Plan from our Chiropractor 

Tasks:

Job shadowing, training development, access to learning modules that include cardiovascular health/risks. Hormone optimization, etc.

Training:

The student will be put through the normal process as a new hire. Which include: orientation, training onboarding process, software understanding.

They will also sit in on weekly team meetings, one on one sessions with a supervisor. They will also partake in training courses that include kettlebell swings, proper training technique execution and stretching modalities.

Learning Outcome:

- Learn and understand training program periodization
- Shadow and observe top coaches in the field
- Learn from our team of specialist ( NMD, Chiro, Training)
