Program Information CDI works with children to provide therapuetic early intervention services. Our Early Learning Centers (ELCs) offer families a safe, nurturing environment with age-appropriate play and learning activities along with free developmental screenings and engaging parenting workshops. CDI also serves as a community resource to guide, support and empower families as they navigate their child's development and support their needs
