Program Information The C.O.O.P. Foundation (Care Of Other People) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1991 and based in Fullerton, EIN 30-0023138. Our mission is to instill hope within those that have little to no hope. We serve underprivileged families in North Orange County through two programs: year-round sponsorship of care for individuals and families who cannot afford it, and the Annual Christmas Family Drive, which in December 2026 reaches its 36th year serving 13 local families and more than 60 children in partnership with the Miracle League. The Foundation is entirely volunteer-run and funded by community donations. It was founded by Dr. Ken Cooper and shares office space with Cooperstown Chiropractic, the founding practice, while operating as an independent 501(c)(3) with its own board and finances.
