Opportunity Summary 

Assist library staff during preschool storytime with: room set up/clean up and helping organize toy play and crafts for preschoolers.

Wednesdays 11 am - 1 pm

One service learning spot 

Opportunity Training 

Library Staff will train and inform student as to how they can best assist with our weekly preschool storytime. This may involve learning how to search for appropriate books/materials in our online catalog and search for songs, fingerplays and appropriate early childhood learning activities to assist staff.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

We have a general photography waiver posted but photos in which a child is identifiable are not encouraged without a photo waiver signed by parent/guardian.
