Opportunity Summary 

Activity Description

Program Support and Site Assistance: Providing direct support to site coordinators and arts education programs, including serving as a teaching assistant for classes and workshops, and utilizing specialized knowledge in a specific art or music discipline to support overall program needs at Teen Arts Center.

- Non-profit Administration: Supporting non-profit management tasks such as admin support/filing, organization, etc.

- Community Outreach: Leading Teen Center recruitment efforts and leadership activities, helping to table at local schools, prepping for arts workshops, and assisting with the interior design and decoration of the Teen Center.

Qualities, Skills, and Interests

Arts Expertise: Prior knowledge, application, or background in visual arts, music, instrument, or dance, with specialized knowledge in a specific art discipline preferred.

- Professional Skills: Strong functional knowledge and fluency in different social media platforms, Prior experience with audio/lighting principles related to live event production is a plus.

- Work Ethic: The ability to work closely with the Coordinators and Directors, Students, Families, and maintain flexibility to support community and special events.
