Physical Therapy AideAt — PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine

Duties include greeting and directing patients to treatment areas, set up patients with planned treatment as directed by physical therapist, assist patients in exercises, cueing for safety and proper exercise instruction, perform ultrasound, apply/monitor cold/hot pack and electrical stimulation. Keeps treatment rooms, waiting areas, gym, etc. clean and tidy. Assists office staff as needed. Applicant must be able to multi-task with pleasant personality while interacting with patients. Atmosphere of clinic is professional yet very fun and welcoming.

Training:

* 1st day oreintation
* Shadowing of other experienced aides to learn flow and duties
* weekly 1 on 1 check in and mentorship

Learning Outcome:

* understand the flow of a thriving outpatient Physical therapy clinic from duties of support staff to Therapists.
* Experience and learn bedside manners with patients
* Understand team skills required for a thriving team environment
