A project of Life Plan Humboldt and The Kendal Corporation, Humboldt Commons is the first nonprofit 62+ community of its kind on the North Coast. Located in the McKinleyville Town Center, the community puts an incredible range of walkable amenities at your doorstep — from local shops and dining to parks, trails, and everyday services. Developed by Life Plan Humboldt, this is more than a place to live. It’s a shared vision for aging well, together, in one of the most beautiful and connected communities in Northern California.
