Program Information Grant Family Homes, Inc. (GFH) is an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) serving adults with developmental disabilities in a supportive, home-like environment. Our goal is to help each individual build independence, develop life skills, and participate meaningfully in their community while receiving personalized care and support.\r\n\r\nOur team works closely with individuals to support daily living skills, social development, community integration, behavioral goals, and overall quality of life. GFH also provides a hands-on environment for future interns interested in gaining experience in human services, social work, psychology, behavioral health, or related fields.\r\n\r\nAt GFH, we believe individuals shouldn\u2019t simply live in a home\u2014they should feel at home.
