Field + Form LLC

Field + Form is a civic design and regenerative resilience consultancy advancing climate adaptation and community resilience on California's Central Coast. We help rural communities move from fragmented climate projects toward coordinated, place-based strategies through systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and deep community partnerships. Working with Tribal organizations, public agencies, nonprofits, and residents, we integrate ecological knowledge, regenerative economics frameworks, and embodied civic practice into resilience planning. Our mission is to strengthen communities' capacity to design their own futures and adapt to climate impacts with dignity, equity, and collective power.
