EMBO Nest

Organization Description

EMBO Nest is a nurturing space where young children (ages 0–6) and parents grow together through emotion, bond, and play. Founded by Dr. Mahsa Foroughi, who holds a PhD in psychology with an emphasis on Emotion-Focused Therapy, the center blends essential developmental milestones with emotional regulation. Through interactive "Mommy and Me" classes and playful learning, EMBO Nest gives kids the tools to navigate big feelings, build foundational skills, and strengthen family connection.
