Searching for an opportunity to put your marketing education and related experiences to work? Unleash your entrepreneurial spirit by bringing your creativity to life. We are looking for a passionate, hard-working and critical thinker to initially intern and then grow into the full-time position in Marketing. In this Marketing Project Internship you will: Collaborate on digital and social strategies Create copy for client communications Source platforms and use agency systems to implement marketing plan Work with Agency Protege to support sales Learn all aspects of insurance including agency operations, marketing, sales and budgeting

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Intern will learn how to develop and implement a marketing plan, as well as measure the return on investment. Intern will be able to analyze business expenses, and will be able to articulate a justification for each expense. Intern will gain experience working in a business setting, interacting with clients, and attending business meetings.

Opportunity Training 

Intern will be introduced to the agency, our successes and new objective. Once they have a firm grasp on our services and value propositions we will work together to create a marketing plan. The intern will work with agency ownership and sales to execute the plan through content creation, social media, software and applications over the course of their program. As this is an on-going effort the intern will be constantly reviewing, revising and improving the plan to achieve target results.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Intern will work in a very well lit office building during regular office hours. They will not be asked to work on-site early in the morning or late at night.
