Student AssistantAt — Rancho Minerva Middle School
Support scholars as we transform our campus into a college and career pathway academy. Students will assist in classrooms, working with scholars, as well as supporting our transformation by working in our learning commons and CTE labs. It will definitely be a hands-on, minds-on experience that will bring the student joy and the school much needed support and love
-how to work alongside struggling learners and how to support them in growing their confidence
-how to support site staff in the transformation process in multiple ways including materials management, small group work, and developing relationships with education professionals
-how to engage in meaningful conversations about scholar work
On the job, alongside the education staff at the site - smiling and showing kindness are the only skills needed!
