Opportunity Summary 

What we do: ERN/NCRA/TRAF is a healthcare advocacy firm that provides regulatory representation and training for patients and providers (hospital systems, ambulance companies. We utilize regulatory statutes and cases in the appeal and revenue process to stop unfair payment practices, overturn improper denials, and ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare services. ERN also coordinates and escalates violations of payors to the appropriate regulatory agency ( CMS, DHCS, VA, etc). Who we want: ERN/NCRA/TRAF seeks motivated, passionate students with an interest in healthcare advocacy, law compliance, billing, and administration Students should be detail oriented with exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

What you would be doing: Some of the projects assigned may include, but not be limited to the following: •Denial Prevention Process, Policy, and Procedure Creation •Contract review/organization •Process creation •Reviewing claims, appeals, and complaints •Creating regulatory complaints •Other projects as needed

Opportunity Training 

Computer power point training, Supervisor will explain the projects and provide visual training through teams.
