Opportunity Summary 

Looking for hands-on experience that makes a real impact? CRI offers internships where students can: ​​ Earn academic credit (through your own academic institution) Become a Certified Mediator Build conflict resolution and communication skills Work alongside trained mediators Support community programs and outreach ​ Our interns don’t just observe—they become part of the team, helping with case intake, mediation prep, events, and special projects. It’s a great way to learn, serve, and grow while giving back to the Ventura County community.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Been trained as Certified Mediators, a real world view of Non Profit work, helping community members solve their own disputes.

Opportunity Training 

Dispute Resolution Programs Act Certified Mediation Training (31 hours)
