Opportunity Summary 

Students will be exposed to Physical Therapists and Trainers working with patients with neurological injuries/disorders. They will be able to observe patients utilizing state of the art rehab equipment. Interns will be asked to perform light cleaning duties and assist staff with gathering and/or putting away equipment during treatment sessions.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Familiarize themselves with outpatient neurorehabilitation techniques and equipment. Gain an understanding of different neurological disorders and how they affect function. Gain rehab volunteer hours required for application to Physical Therapy school.
