Senior Movie & Game Night - CHISPAAt — CHISPA - Community Housing Improvement Systems & Planning Association
We are looking for a student who would like to host our Senior Movie & Game night. Students would be working with seniors at our Junsay Oaks Senior Apartments (3098 De Forest Rd, Marina, CA). Our hope is that this program will provide older adults an opportunity to socialize, foster friendships and reduce isolation. We are looking for a student who is available Thursday evenings from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have own/reliable transportation to the site
No training required. We would like to find a student who is passionate with working with older adults.
Students will be in contact with the Community Services Coordinator who can offer support by doing weekly check-ins with students.
SUPERVISION: Students may be required to work at night (after 6pm). Or, students may be supervised less than 50% of the time or the supervisor will be overseeing more than 8 people.
Student would be at our Junsay Oaks Senior Apartments from 6:30pm-8:00pm (which is during the dark in the winter time). Students would recieve code to community room where activites would take place.
