A housing and community development intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills in a variety of areas.
Key responsibilities of the position may include assisting with community outreach and engagement efforts, conducting research on housing and community development issues, supporting grant writing and reporting efforts, and helping to organize and facilitate community events.
To succeed in this role, we are seeking interns who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about housing and community development and have a strong desire to learn, support team ethos, and make a positive impact in their community.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the field of housing and community development, and gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas, including community engagement, grant writing and reporting, digital media, research, and event planning. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own projects and initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
