Opportunity Summary 

Transitional Age Youth Housing Navigation (TAY NAV) Program (1 position available) TAY NAV reaches out and connects with at-risk/unhoused foster youth between the ages of 18-24. They provide housing-related goals and services (such as housing navigation, job readiness, financial literacy, facilitating the FUP Voucher process). Interns assist the TAY NAV Coordinator and Case Managers with providing referrals, assisting clients in accessing services and meeting personal goals, and support the program’s data/outcomes tracking system. Reports to the TAY NAV Coordinator. Bilingual English and Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
