Opportunity Summary 

A writing tutoring mentor is a professional who works with students to improve their writing skills. They may work while supervised one-on-one with students to provide personalized feedback on their writing, or they may teach writing skills in a classroom or online setting. The mentor may help students develop strong writing habits, such as brainstorming, outlining, drafting, and revising, as well as teach them specific techniques for improving grammar, syntax, and organization. They may also provide guidance on the writing process, including research, citation, and formatting. The mentor may work with students of all ages and skill levels, and they may tailor their approach to meet each student's specific needs and goals.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Interns will gain beneficial experience in teaching, working, developing, and leading students.

Opportunity Training 

Training will include tutorials for Google applications that interns will be working with, and training for group setting mentoring for students through a remote setting.
