Opportunity Summary

Service Learners will be providing service to the Monterey County Free Libraries - Marina Branch through the means of tech support by completing the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized tech support for library patrons at the Marina Branch.
- Assist with basic computer skills, including email management, Microsoft Office programs, and Google applications like Docs and Sheets.
- Offer support for various devices such as iPads, Chromebooks, and smartphones.
This role will help you develop expertise in user training, technical troubleshooting, and cross-platform support.
Desired Skills:
- Bilingual if possible, not required
Site Requirements:
- Friday 10 AM – 1 PM or 12 – 4 PM
- Saturday 12 – 4 PM
- Weekday 3 / 4 hour block that can be scheduled regularly
