• Observe and learn effective communication skills for supporting pre-sales requests coming from the field
• Learn about opportunity management and the pre-sales lifecycle within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
• Utilize various internal tools to facilitate supporting pre-sales requests, such as skill searches, availability, and scheduling of SOW requests
• Learn how to review and validate a Statement of Work (SOW), LOE and/or PO
• Complete project set-up within Finance & Operations systems and ensure the project financials are accurate based on the governing contract
• Generate vendor POs and process vendor bills associated with professional Services engagements
• Work with Project Managers and account teams to generate client invoices
• Complete project closure procedures including reconciliation of financials
• Learn how to build relationships with internal teams, sales, and outside vendors

• Perform other duties as assigned to support Client Experience Leaders execute on operational initiatives
One-on-one training for the student regarding a number of topics that correlate to service operations.
