Opportunity Summary 

This is a Paid internship position executing 1:1 behavior plans for children & adolescents with autism in their homes.

Provide the client's families with parent training to expand the client's advancement opportunities.

Receive ongoing support and supervision in the field from BCBA-level staff.

Work a part-time schedule based on the availability of the client and their families.

Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with the client and their families.

Tasks:

-sufficiently manage mal adaptive behaviors
- identify appropriate antecedent and consequence strategies
- demonstrate appropriate teaching strategies modeled from supervision

Training:

-online modules (20 hours)
-in person overlaps (20 hours first several weeks)
-continuous supervisions by clinical supervisors
-on going support

Learning Outcomes:

-be able to successfully manage maladaptive behaviors
-correctly and accurately with data collection
-strong communication skills between members
