Job Title: Intern – Cambrian Homecare

Internship Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team and support various aspects of our homecare agency operations. This internship will provide exposure to the healthcare industry, allowing interns to develop skills in client care, administrative tasks, and community outreach.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Client Support:
- Assist in conducting client assessments and developing personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of clients.
- Support caregivers in implementing care plans and addressing client needs.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Aid in scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide information to clients and their families.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and social media content.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

4) gain experience working with an EHR software
