Opportunity Summary 

The Customer Service representative will be doing data entry, fielding calls for customer support, and assisting with billing on a daily basis. This position will also include working closely with the Human Resources department to see how to best support the organization and its individual employees. 

-Field inbound phone calls to triage customer inquiries quickly
-Maintain customer records by updating account information.
· Process incoming payments and accounts in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
· Assist in collecting and entering data into CRM
-Shadowing Human Resources to assist with organizational psychology

Training:

Weekly feedback which will include a weekly regular meeting to discuss progress
Mentorship from direct supervisor and also from team

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the internship the student will be able to have a better understanding of the following:
-Time management
-Ability to problem solve with customers
-Billing and basic personal loan, credit & finance competency
-CRM familiarity and data entry
-Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
-Management organization
-Organizational psychology
