Voit Real Estate Services is currently seeking to add a talented professional intern to our prospecting team. This entry level position is an excellent stepping stone into a lucrative commercial real estate brokerage career.

The primary function will be to assist in business development which includes the maintenance and enhancement of a proprietary database of contact decision-makers with various corporations. The position involves use of a computer and extensive lead generation and excellent phone skills. The right candidate will be dealing with corporate executives on a daily basis and must have excellent communication skills, the ability to think on their feet and be detailed-oriented. The position is best suited for entrepreneurial individuals who are team players, driven, and have the intensity to meet the goals and objectives. Existing sales experience and a California real estate license is a benefit however applicants need not be licensed.

The intern will demonstrate their learning outcomes by contacting property owners and advertise services. The intern will be involved in a range of activities including analyzing market trends, identifying and pursuing prospective clients, and enhance proprietary database of contact decision-makers.

Training:

To help the intern achieve the proposed learning outcomes, we will guide daily operations and provide weekly goals. Weekly training workshops and job shadowing will be provided.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to:

1. Effectively database and prospect potential real estate clientele.
2. Develop excellent telecommunication skills
3. Contact decision-makers with various corporations.
