Opportunity Summary 

The intern will play a crucial role in boosting our store's online presence and promoting our designers and products effectively. The intern will work closely with the supervisor and social media team. The intern’s responsibilities will include helping to manage our social media accounts like Instagram and TikTok. Creating content such as posts, stories, and reels to showcase our designers and products using tools provided such as Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, they will help in planning and executing advertisement campaigns both online and offline. They will be expected to contribute innovative ideas during team meetings and brainstorming sessions. The intern will also learn and help with market research to understand trends and competitor strategies to inform our advertising efforts.

Tasks:

The intern’s tasks will include social media management, content creation, marketing research, and active participation in the planning and execution of advertisement campaigns. Collaborative efforts within the team, including attendance at meetings and brainstorming sessions. The intern will also have opportunities for professional development through mentorship.

Training:

Intern will receive a thorough onboarding, including an orientation on company practices and team goals. Practical training in social media management tools and Adobe Creative Suite will be provided, emphasizing content creation techniques. Weekly progress review meetings will offer regular feedback, mentorship, and a platform for discussing ongoing projects. Periodic debriefing sessions will assess the student's understanding of market trends and their contributions to campaigns. Team brainstorming sessions will also provide the intern exposure to collaborative problem-solving. Our approach is interactive, iterative, and tailored to individual progress, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to adeptly manage and curate engaging content on various social media platforms, demonstrating proficiency in social media management. They will have acquired valuable skills in content creation using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including photo and video editing. The intern will gain a comprehensive understanding of advertising campaign planning and execution, contributing to the development of compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand image.
