Assistant TeacherAt — Olive Crest

This role is responsible for assisting teachers in a special education classroom at our Olive Crest Academy. They will train and then provide education and behavioral services to children in grades K-12.

Training:
Assistant Teachers will undergo an extensive training with high level education professionals and those who are working assistant teacher role. They will be trained in behavioral interventions and special education techniques they will also be trained in HIPPA, FERPA and Mandated Reporting).

Learning Outcomes:
- apply regulation and de-escalation techniques
- gain insightful experience in community special education
- will have the ability to grow in student interactions

Note: Working clients with autism and behavioral issues.
