Assist and lead kinder/ first grade lessons.

Tasks and Training
- Work closely with a teacher in setting a schedule of activities and lessons for the time interning.
- The intern will teach lessons to the class while being observed by the teacher.
- Daily conferences will be scheduled for the intern and teacher to work closely on the next day's lessons to be better prepared.
- Feedback will be provided by the teacher after observing every lesson given by the intern.
- Shadowing teacher-and-parent conversations to learn professional ways of communicating with parents.

Learning Outcomes
Plan monthly curriculum following Common Core, teach students different subjects while implementing positive behavior expectations, and communicate with families about student's achievements.
